Refer to the privacy policy in the site. Tap the three lines on the top left corner of the web site. Select NDW and then select Privacy Policy.
How can I edit my profile?
Tap the tree lines on the top left corner of the web site. Select Account, then select Profile. You can change the following:
- Name
- Adress
- Phone Number
When will my order deliver?
- All EU Countries
2 - 6 Working Days.
- Non EU Countries (America, Africa, Asia etc...)
5 - 20 Working Days
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12 pm CT Mon-Fri will ship the same day (excluding holidays). Otherwise, the order will be shipped the next business day.
Orders may take an extra 2 business days to process before shipping if:
- Additional review is needed on the order.
- Order contains engraved, embossed, or custom timepieces.
I need to cancel my order
NDW is unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
However, we do offer free return shipping. Once you receive your order, you can return your order for a refund.
I received the incorrect item(s) for my order
If the item(s) you receive is different than what you purchased, please return the item(s) by generate a free return label on our site and place a new order for the correct item(s) or contact our support team for further options. Return labels are not included in the package, only return slips.
If you require assistance - such as if you used a discount code or an item was engraved/embossed - contact our support team with the following and we'll be happy to get this taken care of:

- The item(s) you purchased
